No customer support number. Sells Chinese productsSecret energy integrity and products have both drastically decreased over the years. Secret energy was good back in the day. The products were top of the line and of utmost high quality. As of today, lots of their product line are over-priced items from China. Like the hydrolux. I bought one and it did not work straight out of the box. They gave me a 2 week run-around over a refund, even though i emailed them within 10 minutes of receiving it in the mail. Oh, and they're so scandalous they don't even have a number to call. Also, I have been a long time supporter from 2013 and have bought Shilajit from them a few times per year for myself as well as for others. This time the Shilajit formula has changed and it's more watery and can't get it off my fingers so a lot of wasted product. Shilajit viscosity varies with temperature and i still have a bit of the old in a jar and have the new formula now too. The old comes right out, its like hard glass and the new is so sticky and watery. Both are in the exact same temperature in the same drawer in my kitchen. I can no loger recommend secret energy or their products. They're more like a cult with cheap chinese products now.
